Terms of Service

AdGenome, operated by Cendrix ("we"), provides creative and attribution analytics for Meta ads: AI-generated creative labels, performance analytics, first-party conversion attribution, and done-for-you teardown reports. By creating an account or purchasing a teardown, you agree to these terms.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only connect Meta ad accounts you own or are authorized to access, and comply with Meta's own terms when doing so.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces' data, or use it unlawfully.

You own your data. If you use our tracking links and conversion endpoints, you are responsible for having a lawful basis (and any required notices or consents) to collect your leads' information. For that data, you are the controller and we are the processor: we handle it only to provide your analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Teardowns are flat-fee, done-for-you deliverables purchased through Stripe. Access to your ad account is read-only and you can revoke it the day the report ships.
• The guarantee: if the report does not surface at least one insight you would act on, say so on the review call and you do not pay: a refund, not a credit. This is the only warranty we make about report contents.
• Delivery timelines (typically 3-5 business days) start when read-only access is granted.

The self-serve platform is currently free while in beta. It is provided as-is; features may change, and we may introduce paid plans later with notice. We will not silently convert a free workspace into a paid one.

Creative labels, briefs, and report narratives are generated with AI and grounded in your account's data. They are analytical guidance, not guarantees. Ad performance depends on factors outside any tool's control, and you are responsible for decisions made from the reports.

We own the AdGenome software and branding. You own your ad data, your leads' data, and the reports we deliver to you. You may share your reports freely.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.

You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
