Privacy Policy

AdGenome is a creative and attribution analytics product for Meta ads, operated by Cendrix in Ohio, United States. Questions about this policy or your data: bentenavery@gmail.com.

• Account data. Your name, email address, and a hashed password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• Ad account data. When you connect a Meta ad account, we sync campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives (including images, video frames, and ad copy), and performance metrics through Meta's Marketing API with read-only access. We cannot modify your campaigns.
• Attribution data. If you use our tracking links and conversion endpoints, we process data about your leads and customers on your behalf: click identifiers, UTM parameters, and the contact details (email, phone, name) and purchase values you send us. You control what you send.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and reliability.

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• A first-party visitor cookie (ag_vid) set by tracking links, used solely to attribute conversions to ad clicks for the workspace that owns the link.
• No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use data for one purpose: providing the service. That means labeling your creatives, computing analytics and attribution, and generating your reports. We do not sell personal data, rent it, or use your data to serve ads.

Data is processed by a small set of infrastructure providers:

• Vercel: application hosting.
• Neon: database hosting.
• Anthropic: creative content (images, video frames, ad copy) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the AI labels and creative briefs. It is not used to train their models per their commercial terms.
• Stripe: payment processing for teardown purchases. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
• Meta: we retrieve your ad data under Meta's Platform Terms, only to provide analytics to the workspace that owns the ad account.

Every workspace's data is isolated. Your ad data, leads, and reports are visible only to your workspace, and to anyone you deliberately share a tokened report link with.

We keep your data while your account is active. Email us and we will delete your workspace and its data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons. If you are a lead whose data was collected by one of our customers, contact that business first (we process that data on their behalf), or email us and we will route the request.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, secrets are stored as environment variables (never in code), and Meta access is read-only. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface deliberately small.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bentenavery@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU or California), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.

AdGenome is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
